The region around Murcia is a true paradise for golfers. In addition to the facilities at La Torre itself, there are also options on the dozens of, exclusive or otherwise, golf courses in the immediate vicinity (Mar Menor, Altaona Golf, Hacienda Riquelme, El Valle, Serena, Roda, Las Terrazas, Las Colinas, etc. .). To gain access, you need a license and a golf skills certificate for most courses, usually also a minimum handicap.

Anyone who does not have a license and still wants to (try to) hit a ball can do so on the La Torre training ground.

“New Sierra Golf” in Balsicas (5 km from La Torre). is an excellent and challenging 9 hole golf course. The fairways are long and wide and the green fee is EUR 17 in low season, EUR 23 in high season (buggy: EUR 10/15).

Another option is the “Escuela de Golf Municipal de Torre Pacheco”. This is a fairly technical “pitch and put” course with 18, fairly short holes, located in the center of Torre Pacheco. The green fee for 18 holes is EUR 20. A 10-course card costs EUR 160.
